As a social center, the thriving Downtown Hammonton Art District, houses major cultural destinations including the Eagle Theatre, South Jersey’s only year-round professional Equity theatre, Stockton University’s Noyes Museum of Art, South Jersey’s sole fine arts museum, and the Hammonton Arts Center, rounds out the arts scene. Third Thursdays are a special themed night of every month when the arts, music and more come alive throughout the Art District. The Eagle Theatre’s “Theatre for Young Audiences Series” features professional adult actors in plays geared toward children. The Eagle Theatre also offers a Conservatory of year round courses for people of all ages.
